Environmental Office Solutions is a leader in inkjet printer cartridge, laser printer cartridge and cell phone recycling.  Headquartered in East Harford, CT with an additional location in California, EOS serves clients worldwide.

The inside purchasing representative will work cooperatively with other members of the EOS team to grow existing customers and meet monthly quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

This position entails the development of client prospects through contacting qualified leads, distributing marketing materials and other sales-related activities to reach aggressive goals which are attainable through high-volume outreach.

In many cases you are contacting existing and potential clients looking to purchase what they may be currently throwing out.

Position requirements include:

  • A Bachelor Degree is preferred; however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of sales experience with cold calling is highly preferred.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong telephone skills.
  • Dynamic people skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic are required. 

Highly motivated and successful candidates will be required to maintain minimum dials / contacts per hour with overall measurement being closed purchases.
