- For larger enterprises, regularly scheduled pickups are established. To schedule a pickup, use the online form, or you may call or email your account representative. For smaller accounts, items can be shipped to our collection center using our pre-paid shipping labels.
- Upon arrival to the EOS collection center, Environmental Office Solutions inspects and classifies your items.
- You will receive a report and an accounting for each shipment, along with monthly reports of your account.

Steps to recycling a cell phone:
- Terminate your service;
- Clear the phones memory of contacts and other stored information;
- Remove your phone’s SIM card, if it has one. Phones with GSM networks use SIM Cards. If you are unsure if your phone has a SIM card or if you need help removing your SIM card, contact your wireless provider.
