Environmental Office Solutions recycles inkjet and toner cartridges for most printers, copiers, fax machines and all-in-one's including Apple, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lexmark, Okidata, Panasonic, Ricoh, Sharp, Texas Instruments, Xerox, plus many more.
We buy used cell phones of various makes, models and conditions including new, used, refurbished and obsolete cell phones. We buy Audiovox, BlackBerry, Kyocera, Motorola, Nextel, Nokia, Samsung, Sanyo, Siemens, Sony, Sprint, plus many more.

How do I prepare a cell phone for recycling?
First, terminate the cellular service on your phone with your wireless provider. Then, clear the memory of contacts and other stored information on the phone. Lastly, remove your phone’s SIM card, if it has one. Phones with GSM networks use SIM Cards. If you are unsure if your phone has a SIM card or if you need help removing your SIM card, contact your wireless provider.
Does Environmental Office Solutions pay the shipping costs?
Envrionmental Office Solutions Inc. will pay for shipping charges subject to the following guidelines and authorized freight quote:
- For 150 or more laser cartridges
- For 50 or more inkjets
- For laser/inkjet combinations of 150 cartridge.
All toner and inkjet cartridges must pass our inspection. EOS does not pay for starter cartridges.
Cartridges not listed on your purchase order:
- Any received cartridge that is not on the purchase order may be subject to a disposal fee of $.50 per laser cartridge or $.25 per inkjet. The fee covers the costs incurred for shipping, handling and disposal.
- Arrangements must be made prior to receiving your shipment if you want these cartridges back. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the seller.
- EOS assumes ownership of all unclaimed product.

Is there a minimum number of inkjet or laser cartridges or cell phones to send?
You may send less than the minimums stated above, however, shipping costs will be deducted from your total. Instead, you may want to donate your cartridges or cell phones to a local school or nonprofit group fundraiser. Where do I ship my cartridges or cell phones?
Ship your inkjet cartridges, laser cartridges and cell phones to the Environmental Office Solutions Collections Center at 45 Belden Street, East Hartford, CT 06108. We will supply you with shipping labels. If you already have an Environmental Office Solutions account, order shipping labels online or call 860 291-1900.
What is the best way to ship my cartridges or cell phones?
First, package you cartridges securely for shipping. Add newspaper, bubble wrap or any other lightweight filler to ensure that the contents will not shift.
The shipping method will depend on the size of your shipment.
For large-volume accounts with loading docks, cartridge boxes should be packed on pallets and shrink-wrapped. Your Environmental Office Solutions account representative will schedule regular pickups to suit your needs. Or, you may request a pickup online, by phone860 291-1900or by emailing your account rep.
For medium- to small-volume accounts, items can be shipped to our Collection Center using our pre-paid shipping boxes and labels. Simply apply the label to the sealed box and then request a pickup online, by phone860 291-1900or by emailing your account rep.
All customers will receive packing instructions and information sheets to help insure that your cartridges reach us safely.
What happens if cartridges are damaged during shipping?
If the damage is the fault of our shipping company, Environmental Office Solutions will file a freight claim and absorb the loss. If the cartridge damage is due to improper packing, then shipping fees will be the responsibility of the sender.
To ensure proper packing, add newspaper, bubble wrap or any other lightweight filler so the contents do not shift. Please see terms and conditions for additional information.
When and how will I be paid?
Payments are made in accordance with the terms on the Purchase Order. All shipments must have a valid Purchase Order in order to be received and paid. Please check our Buy-Back Price List, as prices can change without notice.
What is the difference between virgin and non-virgin cartridges?
Virgin cartridges are empty inkjet and toner cartridges that have never been refilled. Non-virgin cartridges are empty inkjet and toner cartridges that have been previously refilled.

What types of product do you sell?
Environmental Office Solutions sells empty toner and inkjet cartridges. New OEM or refurbished toner/inkjet cartridges and used cell phones.
What constitutes a minimum order?
Minimum sales order is $150.00.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
If your order is placed before noon EST and we have the product in stock, your order will ship the same day. Otherwise it will usually ship the next business day.
What types of payment do you accept?

Do you accept credit terms?
